Our partners include Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants such as Inari, Grön, Ora, and Tapio in Finland, SOO and Hiis in Estonia, Barr and Popl in Copenhagen, and Story in London.
With nearly 700 prototype brews, we have developed an unparalleled ability to create complex, unexpected, and harmonious flavors—from wild herb infusions and lacto-fermented fruits to clams and oven-roasted yeast.
Each beer is designed with the same level of precision and creativity as a fine dining dish, resulting in a drinking experience that is as refined as it is adventurous.
