Room instructions for Panorama and Panorama Superior Suites.
Have a relaxing holiday in our Panorama and Panorama Superior Suite! Here are some tips and instructions for a pleasant stay.
The Suite is equipped with floor heating and with an air source heat pump. The heat pump is the main source of heating and it provides cooling during summer. We want to save energy and the environment – our rooms are connected to automated smart control system which optimises the energy consumption.
ROOM INFORMATION
- You can adjust the temperature of the suite from the control panel, located at the entrance to the apartment.
- Adjust the curtains of the sleeping area using two hands. During summer it is recommended to close the curtains to control the room climate.
EQUIPMENTS
JACUZZI INSTRUCTIONS
- The private jacuzzi is always ready for use. You can turn on the whirlpools and lights from the switches near the pool, otherwise the pool is automated. When not using the pool, please put on the deck. When you leave the room to the pool, be sure to bring your key card with you.
- Please make sure that no extra things fall into the pool water, and always wash yourself before entering the pool.
- Cleaning the pool and extra water changes puts a significant strain on nature, us and, in the worst case, your wallet (for work requiring special cleaning of the pool, an additional charge of 300 €/cleaning will be charged from the customer)
- WASH YOURSELF WITH SOAP BEFORE ENTERING THE JACUZZI
- PLEASE CLOSE THE POOL COVER WHEN THE JACUZZI IS NOT IN USE – If the jacuzzi is uncovered for long periods the temperature of the water drops significantly.
- REMEMBER TO WASH ALSO AFTER BATHING
- Do not use any detergents, soaps or shampoos etc. in the pool.
- Coffee pod machine: User manual for Genio 2.
- Remember to inform the reception about the products you have consumed from the minibar.
- Turn on the Sauna by pressing the switch on the control panel twice. You can control the temperature and the duration from the control panel.
SAFETY
- The fire alarm system is connected to neighbouring suites. When the fire alarm sounds, the alarm goes on as well in the neighbour suite.
- The assembly area is at the parking lot.
All of our suites are equipped with a free WiFi connection – no password required.
Please note, if the key is forgotten inside the room, and our person on duty has to open the door, we charge €50/opening time.
