Yoga Day
On Yoga Day, our instructors will lead four different wellness sessions in Kurus yoga space. These classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Choose from a refreshing morning yoga session, a deeply relaxing Siesta with sound bowl therapy, or an aerial yoga class!
