Järvisydän’s online store and gift card shop will be updated during week 43 (October 22, 2024), and there may be short disruptions in the online store during this time.
In the new online store, you will be able to find all the resort’s rooms in one search and view fully booked dates at a glance on the calendar. We are also introducing more features for customers, including the ability to modify and cancel reservations independently.
GIFT CARDS
If you have a Järvisydän gift card purchased before October 21, 2024:
1. You can use your current gift card in the online store or at the resort until Monday, October 21.
2. If the gift card has not been used by October 21, you will receive a new gift card (with a new gift card number) in your email on October 23. This gift card will replace the original one.
No action is required from you. The content, balance, and validity of your gift card will remain unchanged.
*If the gift card has been given as a gift and the new gift card does not reach the recipient, don’t worry! Our customer service can retrieve the necessary information using the old gift card number.
