Forest Yoga
Forest Yoga is a performance-free yoga practice that enhances your connection with nature and body awareness. During the hour, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in your own forest sanctuary and let go of the everyday hustle and bustle. According to studies, just twenty minutes in the forest can lower blood pressure and calm your heart rate. Throughout the hour, you will perform easy yoga exercises in the fresh forest scenery. The session concludes with a leisurely meditation and the soothing sound of singing bowls.
The class departs from the Kuru Resort reception. In case of bad weather, the yoga session will take place in the Kuru yoga studio.
